InnoVative Capital is expanding its current Housing Advisory and Financing practice

Springfield, PA: (April 1, 2018) — InnoVative Capital, LLC, is pleased to announce that it has expanded its Housing Advisory and Financing practice to meet growing industry demand. As a MSRB/SEC-Registered Municipal Advisor InnoVative Capital will provide a fiduciary standard to all housing clients.

InnoVative Capital’s housing representation will include: Public Housing Authorities, developers, owners, and facility operators. In addition, InnoVative Capital will manage clients in matters with local governments pertaining to public investment, tax support, infrastructure, and utility financings. Our services include: Housing Portfolio Planning and Management, Financial Consulting and Loan Execution. We offer a variety of organizational & financial analyses, project assessments, forecasting, appraisals, RAD conversion assistance, market studies, debt capacity and eligibility reviews.

InnoVative Capital facilitates capital access for the housing industry through: FHA insured mortgage loans, rated and nonrated municipal bonds, bank and commercial debt, tax credits (LIHTC, NMTC, and historic tax credits), cross-collateralized loans, government guarantees, subordinated cash flow obligations, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and bridge loans.

Our responsibilities include capital budgeting and timeline management, as well as, client representation in negotiations with investment bankers, mortgage lenders, commercial bankers, HUD, local governments, and private lenders.
