InnoVative Capital invited to speak at 33rd Annual Rural Health Leadership Conference 2020
Springfield, PA: (September 23, 2019) – InnoVative Capital is pleased to announce that Mr. Alan Richman, InnoVative Capital, President & CEO will be speaking at the 33rd Annual American Hospital Association AHA Rural Health Leadership Conference. This conference is to be held on February 2-5, 2020 at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa in in Phoenix, AZ.
Mr. Richman will be presenting on Tuesday, February 4th from 3:00-4:00p on the topic of Understanding and Successfully Navigating the USDA Community Facilities Loan Program. This session will be a business briefing case study of Morgan Medical Center (MMC) that Mr. Richman has invited client Mr. Ralph Castillo, CEO of MMC and Ms. Anita Lopez, Asset Risk Coordinator at USDA’s Rural Development Office to present.
This session will examine how MMC, a critical access hospital successfully reengineered itself and procured a 2.375%, fully funded $35 million USDA Direct Loan, this included MMC obtaining several types of external credit support which enhanced its loan underwriting. Additionally, this session will discuss MMC’s USDA loan process, and Ms. Lopez will outline USDA’s new developments in the Community Facilities Rural Development Program, that may impact hospital decision making when considering a capital project.
